Snowbiz was a full brand and customer experience project, covering showroom design, website design, and print collateral for a busy ski and snowboard rental business in Queenstown.

The goal was to create a seamless experience from first impression through to fitting and checkout. The showroom was designed to guide customer flow, reduce friction during peak times, and make the rental process feel simple and efficient. Layout, signage, and product zones were carefully considered to improve movement through the space while keeping the environment clean and easy to navigate.

Alongside the physical space, the website was redesigned to support online bookings and clearly communicate rental options. The focus was on usability, fast decision-making, and mobile-friendly design, ensuring customers could quickly understand pricing, gear options, and availability before arriving in-store.

Supporting print collateral, including in-store signage and customer touchpoints, was developed to align with the overall brand and reinforce clarity at every stage of the journey.

The result is a consistent, well-considered brand experience across both digital and physical environments, helping Snowbiz operate more efficiently while improving the customer experience during busy ski seasons.
